How do I RSVP for events and sign up for fitness classes?

You will have access to our full event and fitness calendars on the X App. You will be able to RSVP for yourself and your guests.

What is your COVID-19 policy?

Safety is the top priority for all residents and members within our buildings. We offer one-time lease flexibility options in the event of a state mandated shelter-in-place order. 


To ensure the safety of all members and resident members, we ask that anyone experiencing symptoms avoid entering spaces that aren't essential to gain access to the building for a minimum of 14 days.


All community spaces will abide by current guidelines and safety recommendations. Additional cleaning will be added and signage will be posted throughout the building to keep all informed.


What does the X app do for me?

Is there on-site parking?

Reserved parking is available for residents for a monthly fee.

Do I have to be a resident to enjoy the club offerings?

Nope! Club memberships can be purchased by non-residents. Full access to the club is included in the rent if you are a resident.

What is Coliving?

Coliving at X Denver is a convenient and attainable way of living in the heart of the city in a beautiful apartment where you have your own private suite within a larger unit. You will have your own self contained and locked, fully furnished bedroom and personal bathroom within a thoughtfully designed unit. You’ll share a fully-equipped kitchen (all the pots and pans you’ll ever need) and living room with one, two, or three other friends depending on the unit of your choice. Shared spaces are professionally cleaned every two weeks.

Are utilities included in the rent price?

No, but you only pay for what you use since our utilities are sub-metered, meaning you won't have to pay a random amount. 

Does X Co offer flexible leases?

Yes, although most residents opt for 12 month terms.

Can my guests use the gym and pool?

All are welcome to use all X Club facilities when accompanied by a member.

How many guests can I invite to the club?

We have a 3 guest limit per visit. Contact us through the X App for special occasions and we will do our best to accommodate additional guests as needed.

What do I need to bring when I move in?

Just your shirts and sheets. We furnish everything else. Seriously though, think of it as things that are disposable or truly personal should be brought with you. Everything you need to live your day/day that is permanent (couch) or semi-permanent (dishes) will be provided for you.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

Does my bedroom have its own locks?

Yes, your bedroom will have a privacy lock so you can lock your bedroom door while you’re not in the apartment.

Do I sign my own lease? How do payments work?

Yes, each resident signs their own lease and is only responsible for their rent payment. Each resident’s application is reviewed and approved independently. Each resident will be billed separately for their portion of utilities. If you live in one bedroom of a three-bedroom, you pay 1/3 of the monthly utilities. This includes water, trash, electric, and cable/Internet. You will never be charged for more than your portion of the rent or utilities, even if you're the only person living there! Meaning that if you live in a 3 bedroom unit, regardless of if the unit is full or you're the only one there, you’ll only get charged the rent you agreed to in your lease.

What if I don't get along with my roommate(s)?

You are allowed to transfer coliving units if things aren’t working out, your satisfaction is our top priority.

Club

How do you decide who gets into the club?

X Club members are typically between the ages of 22-45 and have demonstrated a commitment to the XCo. aspirational values.

Are kids allowed at the club?

Nope. Sorry. We love kids, but all X Club facilities are adults-only at this time.

How do I RSVP for events and sign up for fitness classes?

You will have access to our full event and fitness calendars on the X App. You will be able to RSVP for yourself and your guests.

Can I get packages delivered to the club?

At this time we do not allow for club members to receive package deliveries.

Can I bring my dog to the club?

Unfortunately, we only allow registered assistance dogs in the club.

Can I refer someone for membership?

Of course! There is a referral link at the top of your profile page that you can pass along to them.

Is my partner allowed to use my membership?

Your partner may come as your guest, but if they want to come on their own they would need to be a member.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

You are welcome to do so at any time and you would only be charged through last day of the month in which you decide to cancel. Otherwise your membership renews automatically on a monthly rolling basis, subject to X Club’s Terms and Conditions.

How much does a membership cost?

Our all-access membership is $275/month.

Do you have on-site parking or bike storage?

Reserved parking and bike storage are available for residents and members for a monthly fee.

Can I purchase a day pass if I am not a member?

Day passes are not currently available for purchase.
